Kristen came to us with the benefit of growing up in the business with her Dad being a custom builder. She organizes all of our projects, does logistics, client relations, vendor coordination and does it all with a smile. She is full of energy, spunk, and has a “can do” attitude.  

Kathy has over 30 years of accounting experience in the construction and development of major projects including oceanfront condominiums, townhomes, residential, and hotels.

Kathy has been with Villa Decor & Design for over 8 years. Her extensive knowledge of the financial aspects of new build, remodel and design projects is a valuable asset to our clients and our firm.  

Kaitlyn is extremely organized and breaks down each project into individual details and manages them to completion. She assists the designer in meetings with clients and all other parties involved to ensure that all details are documented and put into action.

She does an outstanding job at juggling multiple balls while keeping a smile on her face at all times. She has a passion for design and loves working with our clients to make sure that they too have a smile on their faces. Kaitlyn has been with Villa Decor for over 7 years.

Carol has more than 15 years of being in interior design.  She is comfortable working in a variety of styles, taking careful attention to her clients’ needs for their space.

With a strong commitment to style and a cultivated eye for finishing touches, Carol has created a new direction in design. There are so many elements of design but they all relate back to each person’s unique style. She loves the process of getting to know the client, their style, and creating their dream home.
